Availability and Rates

Our rates are highly competitive and we prefer to offer an individual price to our guests based on their needs. These rates are an idea of what we charge, but we offer great discounts for longer stays, those quieter periods during the year and for our valued repeat guests.

Rates:

Two weeks from £1495. Three weeks from £2100.
 
Changeover day is always flexible. Longer stays are always available with discounts.
 
For stays of less than one week an additional cleaning fee of £90 is charged.
 
Pool Heat:
 
Available for £12 a day, £70 a week, £120 for two weeks. Needs to be booked for whole stay.
 
Please note all prices are subject to 13% Florida state and hotel tax.
