Kennedy Space Center: an hour's drive away on the east coast. Fascinating tours of the NASA base, view the rocket garden, ride the simulator, meet an astronaut, a full day out for space and non-space fans alike.
Beaches: East Coast- Daytona, Cocoa Beach an easy hour's drive away to endless golden sands and the Atlantic Ocean with it's magnificent waves.
